Our curriculum follows the authentic Russian Vaganova Method, providing students with structured, progressive classical ballet training. Our certified instructors combine extensive teaching experience with careful attention to each student’s technique, artistry, musicality, and individual progress.
If you are an ADULT and have always wanted to learn ballet, or if you are someone who has danced some time ago, we have good news for you!
We offer structured Vaganova BALLET CLASSES for adults of all ages; beginner-through-advanced adult ballet . Also, if you are struggling with flexibility and strength, we offer Flexibility & Strength classes for Adults Only! as well as POINTE level classes for adults.
