Our complete Adult Ballet program which includes this Ballet Class specially designed for adults Introducing Vaganova structural pedagogy for all levels.If you have always wanted to learn or you have danced some time ago, this class will take you at your own pace, from the very first steps at the barre, to proper technique and placement of all the basics for you to be confident in learning properly and advancing every time. This class is also recommended for Intermediate ballet students looking to learn and improve in their technique. Minimum of two classes per week is recommended. It is also recommended to take our Adult Strength and Flexibility class to compliment with strength, flexibility and placement needed to advance your Ballet Technique. Adult Pointe
Evaluation Needed
You must be enrolled in regular Adult Ballet Class at JCS Ballet Academy in order to attend adult pointe class and must have mastered the required technique, strength, and proper knowledge and understanding of proper execution and placement, which will be evaluated by the instructor prior to starting adult pointe class. Hard work pays off! Discipline and Perseverance needed!
